Salon Policies Welcome to our family-oriented, home-based braid studio! We specialize in children’s and special-needs hairstyling, and proudly serve adults as well. ⸻ Studio Guidelines • Only the guest being serviced is permitted in the studio. Parents may remain with their children if assistance is needed. • A wash is included with every service. • Guests with strong odors of cigarettes, marijuana, or alcohol will not be serviced. Please arrive prepared. ⸻ Appointments & Timing • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • No Call / No Show: – 100% service fee will be charged – Permanent ban from future bookings • Services cannot be changed after booking. • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. • Last-minute cancellations (night before or day of) will incur a 35% fee. ⸻ Payment • Payments accepted: – Booking site checkout – Zelle – Apple Pay – All major debit and credit cards • A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. ⸻ Travel Services Need me to come to you? If you want 100% human hair , a 50.00 deposit is required. As of January 1,2026 the only loc service I will be providing is loc takedown until further notice! A consult will need to be booked prior to starting service.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand, but if you book a same day appointment there will be a deposit required, if you cancel same day deposit will be forfeited. All regular appointments need to be cancelled 48 hours in advance, or 35% of the service amount will need to be paid .
